Accounts and usage
You are responsible for account security, lawful use, and protecting API credentials. Automated access is subject to allowance, rate, and concurrency limits.
Verification limitations
Metadata providers may be incomplete or unavailable. CiteWise exposes uncertainty but cannot guarantee that every work is indexed or every source record is correct.
Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may schedule cancellation from Billing; paid access continues through the current period. One-time credit packs remain separate.
